We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for a refund, we will accept returns sent back and received by us within 28 days of order placement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached.
Please make sure that briefs/thongs etc, are tried on over your own underwear. When trying on bras please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done.
We cannot grant refunds where the item has been received by us later than 28 days after order placement or if the item is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of whether it has been approved. We'll then refund you via your original method of payment. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund so please allow for this. If you have waited and still have not received your refund however, please contact us at email@example.com.
